OmniRx makes medication information accessible, accurate, and free, built on openFDA data and primary sources. We work with two kinds of partners: licensed clinicians who review and strengthen our content, and health organizations whose mission overlaps with ours. This is editorial collaboration, not advertising. A real person reads every message and replies within two business days.
Our review standard
Trust on medication information is earned, not claimed. Here is how we hold the line:
- Drug data is sourced from openFDA / FDA label and adverse-event data; patient-assistance details are verified against manufacturer and CMS sources.
- Every claim links to a primary source, and we publish limitations, not just conclusions.
- Clinical content is reviewed by qualified, licensed health professionals before and after publication.
For clinicians: become a reviewer
Are you a PharmD, MD, RN, or other licensed clinician? We invite qualified reviewers to vet our drug-interaction, safety, and patient-assistance content. License our tools
Our interactive tools are the most-referenced things we publish. The formulary checker is the most-cited page on OmniRx: Microsoft Copilot cited it 32,083 times in the 90 days to 21 September 2026 (Bing Webmaster Tools AI performance report, page level), and the patient-assistance finder and interaction checker serve the same audience.
They are available as a white-label embed you run on your own site, under your branding, maintained by us. This suits benefits-administration platforms, employer-benefits brokers, patient-advocacy organisations, telehealth teams and hospital financial-navigation teams who need a coverage-lookup interface and would rather not build and maintain one.
The newest is the Medicare Part D formulary check: every Part D and Medicare Advantage drug plan in the CMS formulary file (5,496 plans in the September 2026 release), showing tier, prior authorisation, step therapy and quantity limits, with a flag on each drug Medicare has negotiated a price for. When CMS publishes the 2027 file, it switches to showing what changed on each plan between 2026 and 2027.
Two things stated plainly, because they are the reason this is worth licensing and not merely copying. First, the rankings and the clinical content are not for sale: rankings are set on merit before any commercial relationship exists, drug-interaction and safety content never carries a paid placement, and any sponsored placement elsewhere on the site is labelled as sponsored and never implies a medical endorsement. Second, what you are licensing is the interface and its upkeep, not the underlying data: formulary data is published openly by CMS, and anyone can download it. The work is in making it answerable.
What it costs. White-label licences start at $6,000 per year for a single embedded tool under your branding, including updates and link maintenance for as long as the licence runs. Multi-tool and full data-access arrangements are quoted individually. There is no setup fee and no per-lookup metering, because a coverage tool that bills per query is a tool your team will hesitate to put in front of patients.
For independent Medicare agents and agencies. The Part D formulary check on your own website, with our credit removed and your agency’s name on it, is $249 per site for the season, covering annual enrollment and the Medicare Advantage open enrollment period through 31 March 2027. It is a lookup your clients run themselves; it collects no contact details and makes no plan recommendation.
Free to embed, and you do not need to ask us. The tools can be embedded on your site at no cost, carrying a small “powered by OmniRx” credit.
